Public offer agreement


This agreement is considered fulfilled once the customer press Checkout button

Terms and definitions
Web or Online Store - site marsmodels.eu, where placed information about selling items.
Selling item - items which selling in Web Store.
Customer - any person who want to buy something in web store.
Seller - owner of Selling items.

Price and Order processing
Price for Selling items in Web Store without delivery cost.
Customer place order in Web Store by itself.
If some items not in stock, Seller inform Customer about this by sending e-mail confirmation. Customer can cancel order at any time.
Customer should be responsible for all orders made with own password. Customer agrees to keep his or her password confidential and to notify the Seller within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of that password. Seller is not responsible for, and does not protect Customer from unauthorized use of Customer's password.

Payment
The total price of the order consists of the value of the goods and shipping costs.
Product price in the Web Store may be changed unilaterally by the Seller.
Customer can pay for order by methods listed in “Payment and Delivery” section.
Seller give permanent 10% discount to Customer when Customer orders sum reach 300 USD (250 EUR). Discount not work for orders with free shipping.
Customer must pay within 3 days after receiving payment information, otherwise product availability is not guaranteed.

Proceed, Delivery and Return
Delivery information listed in Payment and delivery section.
Seller proceed orders within 1-5 days (usually 24 hour) from placing time.
Orders will be send in 3-7 days after payment received.
Free shipping by surface mail for orders from 300 USD and higher (depends of country).
Customer can return order within 7 days after receiving. Customer will pay for any shipping or other costs when return.

Other policy
Seller reserves the exclusive right to edit, delete, or placing of any information on the Web Store, as well as removal or placement of any goods or services for sale that do not contradict the current legislation of EU. Seller may modify this Agreement or the prices of goods and services without notice to the Purchaser and may discontinue or modify any or all parts of the Web-shop in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Buyer. A modification of this Agreement will be valid after its publication on the Web Store and apply to transactions entered into after the date of publication.
Seller reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue the sale of goods and provision of services to the Customer, and to regulate access to the purchase of any goods or services.
Seller may use the information provided by the Customer to analyze their activities and to send newsletters to Customer, as well as for other purposes not contrary to the laws of EU and international laws.
